Financial-statements
In accordance with the Regulation on the procedure for publishing annual financial statements by insurers, approved by the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated February 28, 2014 (No. 2564), the insurer publishes its annual financial statements within fifteen days after the completion of the mandatory audit, but no later than two weeks before the date of the annual general meeting of the insurer’s governing body on its official website and in national financial and economic publications. In this case, for insurers operating as joint-stock companies, only the main forms of the annual financial statements (possibly in abbreviated form) are published in printed publications with a mandatory reference to the full annual financial statements published on the insurer’s official website. В соответствии с Положением о порядке публикации страховщиками годовой финансовой отчетности, утвержденным приказом Министра финансов РУз (рег.МЮ РУз от 28.02.2014г. №2564) cтраховщик публикует годовую финансовую отчетность в течение пятнадцати дней после окончания обязательной аудиторской проверки, но не позднее чем за две недели до даты проведения годового общего собрания высшего органа управления страховщика на своем официальном веб-сайте и в республиканских печатных изданиях финансово-экономической направленности. При этом страховщиком, за исключением страховщика, являющегося акционерным обществом, в печатных изданиях публикуются только следующие формы годовой финансовой отчетности (возможно в сокращенной форме) с обязательным указанием ссылки на опубликованную на официальном веб-сайте страховщика годовую финансовую отчетность:
