DIALOGUE WITH YOUNG PEOPLE — A NEW STEP TOWARDS PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT!

To introduce young people to the insurance industry, support their professional interests, and strengthen their theoretical knowledge through practical experience, “KAFIL-SUG‘URTA” JSC regularly organizes meetings with students of higher education institutions.

🔘 On September 22–23 of this year, Sh. Mamadaliyev, Acting Director of the Training Center of “KAFIL-SUG‘URTA” JSC, visited higher education institutions in the Fergana and Namangan regions.

In Fergana, an open dialogue was held with students of the Tashkent Institute of Management and Economics (TMII) in Fergana, with the participation of M. Hakimov, Director of the Company’s Fergana Branch.

In addition, in the Namangan region, together with Sh. Nuraliyev, Director of the Company’s Namangan Branch, meetings were organized with final-year students of the Namangan State Pedagogical Institute and Namangan Business University.

During the meetings, students received detailed information about the current importance of the insurance industry, the activities of “KAFIL-SUG‘URTA” JSC, modern professions in the sector, and opportunities for professional development.

🎯 Particular attention was paid to opportunities for young people to undertake paid internships at the Company, gain practical experience, apply their knowledge and skills in real working environments, and pursue their future professional careers in the insurance industry.

Throughout the discussions, students received answers to their questions and gained a closer insight into real working processes within an insurance company, professional requirements, and the opportunities available to young specialists.

😊 “KAFIL-SUG‘URTA” JSC will continue to consistently implement initiatives aimed at supporting the knowledge and potential of young people, engaging them in a practical professional environment, and attracting promising young professionals to the insurance industry.
